Warning over catalytic converters thefts

Businesses and drivers are being warned to act vigilantly following a spate of catalytic converters thefts across the country. Amongst those hit hard by the outbreak is Surrey based car and van hire company Kendall Cars who have been targeted at their locations in Guildford, Leatherhead and Ash.

Toyota issues another recall and reassures customers

Toyota’s problems have increased this week as reports of a braking issue has hit their hybrid cars, including the latest generation of their flagship hybrid Prius. The news will affect roughly 8,500 vehicles in the UK with over 400,000 cars having to be recalled worldwide.

Toyota Accelerator Pedal Recall in Europe

ollowing recent isolated reports of the accelerator becoming stuck on certain models of Toyota, the Japanese manufacturer has announced the recall of 8 models within their range. The problem being experienced in rare cases is the accelerator pedal becoming stiff and hard to operate or in some cases remaining slightly depressed.
