An off duty Police Officer in Washington took exception when his Hummer was hit by a stray snowball during a mass scale snowball fight in the city earlier this week. After emerging from his vehicle, which was stood at a set of traffic lights, the Officer drew a gun before being hit on the head with a second snowball.

Police later arrived to calm the situation down and the Officer who has served with the force for over 34 years has been placed on ‘desk duty’ pending further investigation.
