To be honest, I thought the hotel was really good myself, the receptionist on one of the days was particularly patient when I had to request a new room key 3 times in one day... Only 2 issues for me really... 1) The kettle in my room didn't work so couldn't have a coffee while getting ready but to be fair, I never reported this and I am sure they would have sorted it if I had. 2) I really missed being able to have a proper cooked breakfast. The World Travel Market is a fairly exhausting 4 days and a little more fortification would have been appreciated! Really nice review Catherine. Only 2 issues for me really…

1) The kettle in my room didn’t work so couldn’t have a coffee while getting ready but to be fair, I never reported this and I am sure they would have sorted it if I had.

2) I really missed being able to have a proper cooked breakfast. The World Travel Market is a fairly exhausting 4 days and a little more fortification would have been appreciated!
