Sixt win Business Traveller Award
A consistently high level of service and strong customer focus has helped earn Sixt rent a car a Business Traveller Award for the fifth successive year. Sixt were awarded the Reader’s Choice Award for ‘Best Car Rental Company in Germany’ by the German edition of the “Business Traveller” magazine at a recent ceremony in Frankfurt.
The “Business Traveller Award” is a highly regarded pure consumer award which has special significance in the industry as it is only voted for by readers of the magazine and does not include the opinions of the magazines editors.
The award is judged on a number criteria including quality of vehicles, overall value for customers , the rental and booking process, service levels and knowledge of staff.
The “Business Traveller Award “, which was 17 years old this year, was first handed to Sixt in 2005. Since then Sixt have held on to the title with the award highlighting the continual high quality service that Sixt customers can expect.
Frank Feist, marketing director of Sixt rent a car said “Sixt has a number of strengths that give our company a special position within the market . These include high service levels and the ability to consistently meet our customers requirements. Repeatedly winning the “Business Traveller Award” confirms that we are achieving a high standard and acts as an incentive to continue to use every effort to make our products and services as good as possible for our loyal customers”.
