Chefs cook up a storm during Foodie Fortnight At London St Pancras

World renowned chef’s cooking in one of London’s greatest landmarks? What a novel idea and one that appears to interest most commuters passing through London St Pancras station. Foodie Fortnight has been running from 16th September and draws to a close on Friday 25th September, with some of the best chefs and tasting sessions yet to come.
Over the past week St Pancras station has been a food lover’s paradise with some of the best named chefs in the business cooking up a storm and handing out helpful tips and ideas to help want to be chefs improve their culinary skills. Still to come are Atul Kochhar on Thursday and Jean-Christophe Novelli on Friday and if you have seen them in action before, you will know that these are 2 great names in the fine dining world not to be missed.
Various masterclasses and tasting sessions run throughout the day and after you have watched how to prepare a mouth watering dish, you can then visit the Sourced Market at St Pancras to buy your fresh ingredients, before heading home to try your hand at preparing some of the menus on display.
