wtm20091 30th World Travel Market kicks offThe World Travel Market kicked off this morning celebrating its 30th year as one of the world’s leading industry shows.

At the Sixt stand we had a great day and it was nice to meet and discuss opportunities with some exciting new prospects and existing customers and partners.

We also managed to take a look around some of the other stands and we had some useful chats with representatives From the Visit Britain and Visit England stands. Hopefully over the next few days we’ll get around the whole show and be able to take some nice photos ready to post when we return.

As part of the 30th Anniversary celebrations there are some special events planned throughout the remaining 3 days including a party on Wednesday with a live show from stars of some of the West End’s leading musicals such as Mamma Mia, Chicago and Jersey Boys.
